3. Your property will be advertised in the Re/Max Sea to Sky Portfolio of Properties magazine [high quality, full color and published 3 times per year] when listed during publishing deadlines.
4. Marketing photos will be taken of your property and will be used for web site exposure and photo feature packages as well as both hard copy and PDF email versions for prospective buyers and realtors.
5. Your property will be marketed by a realtor with proven negotiation and sales skills who has consistently been a Top Producer for over 33 years.
6. You will be guaranteed personal and efficient service including prompt response to phone calls and emails as well as regular market updates.
7. A "For Sale" sign will be placed on your property [where applicable] and I will have an "Agent's Open House" at your property to ensure that all other agents are exposed to your property.
